One honest distinction: the proprietary engines that automate your business - the WhatsApp Concierge and the Command Centre OS - are OnStack technology, licensed to you while you subscribe. You own the storefront; you rent the engine that runs it. That keeps the heavy engineering our job to build and maintain, not your liability.

If you ever outgrow your plan, or simply want to host it yourself, you can invoke the Absolute Ownership Guarantee. For a one-time handover fee, we export your data in full and transfer your standalone storefront repository straight to your team's GitHub. The licensed engines stay with us - so the storefront will need new backend work to keep its automation - but there is no hostage situation, no "you will lose everything," no drama.
